Ruben is totally involved in prison ministries nation wide. His goal is to lead the prisoners and their families to Christ. The primary purpose of Bible Baptist Ministries is to reach out to the unsaved in prison, the families of the incarcerated, the parolees, victims of crime and the non English speaking Hispanics. He is the pastor at the Bible Christian Church in Tehachapi, a bilingual, soul winning, Bible preaching church.
